Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control

The Hazard Identification Risk Assessment Risk Control (HIRARC) module is designed to help businesses comply with the OSHA Act 1994 by explaining how to complete a suitable and sufficient workplace risk assessment. The course helps to understand the step-by-step of a risk assessment in a systematic and methodical approach to ensure all risks are recognised, prioritised and managed. This course is a trainer guided session exploring a range of hazard identification techniques, including their advantages, limitations and application. 
Effective Safety & Health Committee

This course provides a broad-based introduction to Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) framework, its principles, the employer’s obligation to formulate OSH policies and establish an effective and efficient OSH committee to achieve its OSH performance objective in ensuring risks are minimized and inculcate a safe work culture in the organization.
Basic Occupational First Aid, CPR & AED

This course consists of theory and practical sessions to equip participants with the knowledge and a comprehensive set of skills to handle various emergencies situation to raise awareness, familiarization and confidence in first aid and medical emergency procedures in most workplaces. This module meets the standard requirement in compliance with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) guideline.
Chemical Handling & Spill Control Clean Up Exercise

This course provides a broad-based introduction to chemical management principles and their application to work safely in environments which involve the transport, storage, use and disposal of chemicals.

Delegates will have hands-on experience during on site scenario simulation exercise to assist organizations in developing a systematic approach to effective spill control clean up and emergency response.

 

Chemical Safety Management

This course provides an extensive introduction to chemical safety management principles and their application based on the OSHA Act 1994 under the Use of Standard Exposure Chemical Hazardous to Health (USECHH) Regulation 2000 and Classification, Labelling and Safety Data Sheet (CLASS) Regulation 2013 provides knowledge for the authorised personnel, competent in conducting hazard identification risk assessments and implementing appropriate control measures in their workplace.
Incident Accident Reporting & Investigation

This course is designed to assist organizations in developing a systematic approach to incident accident reporting and investigation through an understanding of accident causation and root cause analysis to prevent recurrences through effective investigation, meaningful reports, corrective action, and improvement recommendations to top management.

Delegates will participate in hands-on investigations to gain foundational knowledge and an understanding of the importance of accident and incident reporting and investigation and proper Root Cause Analysis (RCA) technique.
Emergency Response Preparedness (ERP)

 This course is designed to develop the delegate’s knowledge, opportunities to reflect and further develop essential technical and non-technical skills in dealing with risks, emergency and disaster management capabilities, leadership, personal resilience and work coordination with multi-agencies alongside opportunities to gain practical experience in ensuring ensure all organisations readiness for all types of emergencies including testing of all the elements of the emergency plans.

Delegates will advance their skills in evaluating complex situations, developing creative and innovative solutions, and implementing post-incident learning.
Fire Fighting & Fire Drill

This intensive course will provide delegates with a requirement to respond to an emergency fire or rescue situation under the guidance of the Team Leader that covers the foundation skills and techniques required to safely prevent, respond, and adapt to an onsite emergency in crafted practical hands-on sessions for realistic emergency scenarios.
This structured course will provide the delegated with the basics of firefighting techniques, familiarization and use of firefighting equipment and breathing apparatus to become a competent emergency response team.
