OSH CONSULTANCY

Gap Analysis

Gap Analysis aims to compare the actual against required or expected OSH compliance or OSH performance of an organization.

The auditor or consultant will perform a comprehensive independent audit evaluation to identify gaps in the organization’s OSH management system.

We provide a gap analysis and situational-specific information to assist your decisions on the scope, adequacy, and implementation of your current OSH performance.

iii. Full-fledge gap analysis presentation with stakeholders.

OSH Audit

Auditing is defined as on-site verification activity, such as inspection or examination, of a process, quality or management system that conforms to a standard set of requirements, such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and many more. The independent auditor from the approved certification bodies performs an audit to verify that the organization meets all the standard requirements and proactively maintains it with continuous improvement.

SPS offer various types of audit as the followings :

First-party audit
Performed within an organization to measure its strengths and opportunity against its procedures and or against external standard requirements adopted by (voluntary) or imposed on (mandatory) the organization. A first-party audit is an audit conducted by internal auditors within the organization who have no vested interest in the audit results of the audited department/area.

Second-party audit
An external audit is performed on a supplier(s)or contractor(s) or a contracted organization by or on behalf of a client. A contract is in place, and the goods or services are being or will be, delivered. Second-party audits are subject to contract requirements between clients and the supplier. Second-party audit results could influence the client’s business or purchasing decisions.

A third-party audit
An audit is performed independently from the client-supplier relationship to avoid conflict of interest. Independence is the key component of a third-party audit. Third-party audits may result in certification, registration, recognition, an award, license approval, a citation, a fine, or a penalty issued by the third-party organization or an interested party.

Certification will be awarded to the organization upon successful audit completion and approval.
